Data Deletion
כאשר אתם מסירים את ההרשאה של BizlyCRM מחשבון Facebook או Meta שלכם, אנחנו מוחקים את המידע שההרשאה הזו יצרה אצלנו:
רשומות ה-CRM עצמן (לקוחות, שיחות, משימות) שייכות לעסק שפתח את החשבון ולא לחשבון ה-Meta הפרטי, ולכן הן אינן נמחקות בתהליך הזה. למחיקת חשבון BizlyCRM במלואו — ראו למטה.
למחיקת כלל נתוני העסק מהמערכת, שלחו בקשה מכתובת האימייל שאיתה נפתח החשבון. נאמת את הזהות ונמחק את הנתונים.

BizlyCRM is a cloud-based CRM for small and medium businesses. When you remove BizlyCRM's authorization from your Facebook or Meta account, we delete the data that authorization produced: the encrypted WhatsApp Business access tokens and the connection metadata, and we disconnect the account.
To request deletion, remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, disconnect WhatsApp from your BizlyCRM account settings, or email us. Meta sends us the deletion request automatically and you receive a confirmation code plus a link back to this page, where you can check the status at any time.
CRM records such as clients, conversations and tasks belong to the business that owns the workspace rather than to the individual Meta account, so they are not removed by this flow. To delete an entire BizlyCRM workspace, email us from the address the account was opened with.
